How can I find out the cost for shipping?
Iceland standard shipping: FREE for orders reaching ISK 7.500. Otherwise a fee of ISK 900 is applied per order.
EU courier shipping (EUR) 20.00 per item (first two, additionally (EUR) 3.00 per item. Free shipping for orders over (EUR) €250
US courier shipping (USD) $ 10.00 per item (first two, additionally (EUR) $ 5.00 per item. Free shipping for orders over (USD) $250
Other International courier shipping applies to selection of currency options chosen. Free international courier shipping on all orders over (EUR) €250 or (USD) $250.

International customers may incur customs fees and duties but we ship all orders as INCOTERMS DDP. This means we pay import duties on behalf of customers so this should not incur additional costs.

When do I receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 3-7 days depending on your location in Iceland.
International and overseas customers  - shipping times are estimated between 4-25 days depending on your location.

Can I send an order to an alternative address?
Yes, you are able to fill out any delivery address in the checkout process.

Problems with your order?
We want you to have the best online shopping experience, so if you have any problems with your order please contact us via email.

If you are not fully satisfied with your product you always have the possibility to return your item within 14 days after you have received the item(s). You will receive a full refund for the item, excluding the return cost for the item. The product that you return must be in perfect condition, and not worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original labels still attached to each product. Also, it helps if the original receipt that comes with the shipment is enclosed together with the returned products so that we have all information.


  1. Fill out the return form that was sent with your order. If you can't find it, you can always contact us via e-mail at, we will send you the form and please print and fill out the form to send with your package. Let us know who you are, what you are sending back, what's wrong and if you need a refund or exchange and we will get on to it asap.
  2. Pack your garment in suitable package bag/box (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible).
  3. Please ship the items in the post to us, We're not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely. Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address: Moi-Kidz, Laugavegur 40, 101 Reykjavik, Iceland.
  4. We will take care of everything when your goods arrive back and we'll let you know if there's anything we need to talk to you about. Please remember that all costs for returns is yours. Unfortunately we cannot track your returned order, but if you have any queries, we are happy to help you. For claims or errors, however, Moi Kidz will of course take care all additional charges.
  5. If your order was paid with a credit card, the money will be transferred to the card used at the purchase. If you used PayPal, the money will be returned to your PayPal account. These transactions can take up to 3-8 bank days.
  6. When we've accepted your return and transferred the money, you will hear from us.

Moi is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Moi receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any other charges that may incur will not be refunded by Moi.

If you receive a damaged or defected item, which you want to claim please contact us on and we will sort it out for you. For accepted claims, Moi is responsible for all additional costs.
